- No cash Refunds. All sales are final.
- All merchandise is "Satisfaction Guaranteed" 20 days from the original order date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. An instore credit will be issued for unopen products.
- For a full refund (minus shipping and handling), merchandise must be in "new" unopened packaging. Open packages are non-returnable.
- Returns and exchanges must be sent freight prepaid and will be shipped back prepaid.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee for any new (open) merchandise returned for credit.
- Products that have been improperly washed or improperly used may not be covered by this or any other warranties. No merchandise that has been opened will be re-sold at full price. No customer will ever receive previously-purchased merchandise and pay full price!
